Shipping
Orders are shipped to eligible US addresses using the carrier and service selected or assigned at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information is provided when available.
Free shipping
If you advertise free shipping, make sure the offer, exclusions and minimum-order conditions match the checkout terms. The supplied marketplace screenshot states that some items qualify for free shipping or become eligible after an order threshold; do not copy that marketplace offer unless it applies to your own store.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items should be unused and in resalable condition unless a defect or other exception applies. Refund timing depends on the payment provider after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide the applicable replacement, refund or return instructions under our current policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
